Our unblemished history includes civil construction, landscape construction, and streetscape projects across metropolitan Melbourne and throughout regional Victoria.
As a company, we are mindful of our own expansion; remaining a medium-sized business enables us to best manage your project, to ensure it is delivered safely, on time, at an exceptionally high standard, and with maximum flexibility.

Russell Bourke - Managing Director & Project Manager - BEng (Hons), RMIT
Russell is a dedicated civil engineer and businessman with over 25 years of experience in the field. Managing the entire business, he plays key roles in all our projects and leads by example by offering clients top line service and leadership to the Multipro Civil team.
Royce Bartram - Operations Manager
Royce is a loyal and hardworking member of the Multipro Civil team. He has spent over 40 years in the building and construction industry with extensive experience mixed in along the way in the corporate world. Royce is an invaluable asset to our day to day operations and his people skills are an integral part of MPC.
Milan Melideo – Project Manager – BEng
Milan is a diligent member of the Multipro Civil team. He has 25 years experience in the construction industry and brings a wide range of skills to our team having also worked in head consulting roles. He has a great sense of responsibility and attitude to all elements of his work with exceptional attention to detail.
Richard Shiels - Construction Supervisor
Richard is a devoted member of the Multipro Civil team with over 30 years experience in wide and varied aspects of the construction industry. His passion and enthusiasm, combined with his organisational skills and team orientation, make him an incredibly valuable asset.
Tau Paerau - Construction Supervisor
Tau is an honest and hard-working member of the Multipro Civil team. With 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Tau brings a great deal of enthusiasm to his work which impacts greatly on the successful delivery of our projects.
