As part of this townhouse development Multipro were employed to carry out the civil infrastructure works, consisting of civil, water, sewer, electrical, NBN and rain garden install. 

Demolition and removal of existing site materials took place before bulk cut & fill earthworks. Kerb and channel, concrete footpath, rigid concrete & flexible asphalt paving with parking bays were installed as part of the civil works. Large scale pipe work, including PE, reinforced concrete and box culverts were put in. Fire hydrant and drinking water piping were put in with connection to mains. Agi drains with sock were installed throughout to allow for suitable drainage.

Services included full electrical works, conduits, substation pits etc. were added alongside gas and water mains supply. As part of the sewer works for future housing, inspection shafts, property connection branches, connection to existing manholes were followed by testing and commission of the sewer works. For completion of electrical works, cables, jointing, distribution boards and switchboards were installed, tested and commissioned for use.
